I got a call from my bank this morning, advising me that my account is overdrawn, upon asking why the consultant informed me that its due to a debit order against my account from Vodacom for a sum of R11773, 19. i was flabbergasted! i know for a fact that my vodacom sim card has NOT been in use for over a month as i use my mtn number as a main contact number. before i stopped using my vodacom sim completely i only put it in my cellphone for calls as i'd been intending to use up all my anytime minutes in order to cancel the contract. Upon calling vodacom i then had to wait on the line 21 mins just for a consultant to hang up on me when getting through, i tried again and eventually getting through, i spoke to Kelly who at first seemed so irritated with my call until i pointed out her tone and sighing. with no satisfaction and getting told she will refer my query which will take 7-14 working days i was beyond upset and requested to speak to a manager. Marshalena then came to the line who insisted that there is absolutely no way that can be sped up and could only say she understands my frustration without giving me a real solution. I'm am absolutely infuriated at this entire situation!
