What a bad service .. and rude, telephone etiquette I got today from one of the agents @ transunion credit bureau, I called this morning @ 09:00 a guy by the name of Dries Mkhomola answered the phone, I then asked to speak to precious mapitsa .. before he can transfer me to precious mapitsa... he was complaining and mourning about this call ... "" he said to precious whilst I was holding "" please tell this person of yours not to call anymore on my phone "" because this is irritating me and this is my line, he then put the call through to precious .. I asked precious what was the name of the guy who just answered the phone... she told me... I told precious that that Guy was very rude and whilst I was holding I could hear him complaining... firstly I'm used to call her on that number, and that's a first to get such a treatment and behaviour... and again that's the company phone is not even his personal phone or whatever... I never expected that especially from TU agents, the rudeness and I never knew that the work landline is for personal use.
