I submit this complaint with great disappointment. I have been having personal banker issues for a while now and Friday i called the premier suite and spoke to the manager George. I explained to George all of my issues and concerns. George affirmed and said that a new banker will be assigned to our account and that the banker would contact us on Monday. Monday came and went and i called again. I was then promised that a banker would call me Tuesday morning-this never happened. My husband and I then conference called into the premier suite requesting to speak to George and the child that answered the phone PRECIOUS ABRAHAMS had such a attitude. I am shocked beyond words that FNB premier could put someone like that on their front line. My husband then lost it with her and told her off. I then called myself hoping to get somewhere and i got through to the same rude, no telephone etiquette brat PRECIOUS ABRAHAMS. Her tone, arrogance and irritation in her voice came across so badly that I actually want nothing to do with FNB after many years. As far as i am concerned FNB can say good bye to a good customer. We will take our money else where!!! Furious and disgusted beyond words.
