Awesome customer service DOES exist

I was involved in an accident with First for Womens client. The lady that took over my claim - Precious called me within a day to inform me that she will be handling my claim. Due to unforseen problems with ABSA being incompetent the claim took almost 3 months to finalize. Precious always called and followed up and when she was in doubt she would let me know and take it up with her Manager, Ronelle to give me correct feedback. In this time Ronelle went out of her way to assist me together with Precious - I will forever be grateful to these ladies as they have been a blessing!! Thanks to Ronelle & Precious I can say that I will be taking up insurance with First for Women! In the beginning I thought oh gosh here goes nothing but these ladies reassured me and went out of their way and always gave 110% in helping. They are a true example of great customer service! I wish you ladies all of the very best in your career and hope that you get recognised for all your hard work and professionalism! I am truly in awe and have since been referring First for Women as a preferred insurance company - all thank to you!!
