Very unhappy single parent

I was on cell c I then changed to virgin where I lost my bis which I was not told about, I thenm changed back to cellc thinking I can get my bis back which I never .so I bought bis again another R60 which on saterday when I woke up my phone said sos once again bis lost not even that I call cellc they tell me the sim is not rica I go to pep they tell me the day the sim was even rica so what is this a money making thing or what I am a single parent battling to make a living the little a have people still take away WHY...
