Today 5 April 2013 I received and SMS from 0741677058 stating the following:
Your mobile number has won R250 000 in the (Rica 2013 all networks promo) ref
Rica6241sa. Call Ben or Portia on 0810039906 for you claim activation.

I responded by calling and to hear what's this is all about.

Later I've received an SMS from the same number stating:
Att: dear sir, your winning prize of R250 000 has been approved
By the (Rica Board). You are required to pay the sum of R1, 850 for (Transfer &
Authorization) Government demand charges, before your transfer will be
Autgorised. Kindly call Portia on (0218392012) or Krustyna Jacobs on
(0818353411) for payment instruction.

Do these people think I'm so stupid, what rubbish is this?
