Long call waits, dropped calls, no service

Had my Telkom ADSL line installed today. Waited 8 minutes for Maureen to answer as I need my username and password. She told me this hadn't been created and transferred me. The next agent hung up on me.

I then called back... currently waiting 22 minutes and still no service. Not to mention, I am calling from my mobile and expect a rebate on my account for my calls to you.

Only one day with you and the service is already shockingly bad, reminded of why I took so long to get my line!
