After my complaint lodged last week, i got an email saying that Kishan tried to phone me... Uh let me explain... I ALWAYS HAVE MY PHONE WITH ME, so no Kishan you did not. So i emailed this to you, and i thought i will also put it on HelloPeter. CellC wont be getting a happy face soon.

Good Day Kishan, I never received any calls. I made a total of 21 calls to the call center, every time they said they will escalate, it will take 6 days, then 9 then 12... When i got to supervisors they said they will call back. They are Loretta (Escalation Department), Janelle (Escalation Department), Mansela (Technical), Adish (Technical)... NO ONE DID!!! Now after numerous calls, I (thats ME) got the number for the network technician in Cape Town. Now he told me that they have loads of problem tickets that they received, i asked him how old the oldest was and he said 14 days. Mine is 15 days old... HE said he doesn't even have my ticket!!! What in name are you guys doing there? I have cancelled my debit orders, as i have 2 contracts with Cell C (why o why i ask myself), until this is sorted out! TX to the CPT Network guys for going the extra mile!!!
