After logging my first query i received an email advising me that my account will be debited wit R1743.00. On the 25/01/2014 my account was debited with R2615.12 and then again on the 31/01/2014 for 2 X R500.00.
THIS IS RIDICULOUS. WHAT IS GOING ON AT VIRGIN. I WANT ALL DEBIT ORDERS STOPPED IMMEDIATELY, A STATMENT EMAILED TO ME MONTHLY.
