Cancelled membership but still debited!

I had cancelled my membership on 02 july 2013 and on the 01 Dec 2013 I got debited again an amount over R500.
I had even received a cancellation letter from virgin active to confirm my cancellation.
I emailed [Email Removed] to inform her of this and even tried to call but received no awnser.
On 01 jan 2014 I have been debited again an amount of R635.
This is unacceptable I am very unimpressed and shocked at virgin active!
