No response to fault report!

Our phone and ADSL lines have been down for just over a week now.
After reporting the problem on Monday morning, we still do not have any resolution to the problem 5 days later, and when you call for a status update, you get told that a technician STILL has not been assigned to the fault.
We run a business from home and need these lines to be fixed urgently!!
Please assign a technician to this case ASAP.
