3 Business Days lost and still no solution

On July 22, 2013, before 8h00 am, I reported two faulty Telkom DSL Lines, Reference 35CWK220713 and 39CWK220713. In the morning of the next day, while the lines had been still faulty, I received an SMS saying that the lines have been restored. I called in again to re-open the case or to open a new report, but was this was declined, despite the fact that the consultant agreed that the lines are still not operational. In the evening of the second day without of internet, I finally managed to report the same line again and this time, was given reference 637CWK230713. Today, July 24, 2013, I again received an SMS saying that the lines have been restored, but that was still not the case, which again was confirmed by the call centre. And I opened another fault Reference 88BWK240713 and am still waiting for a technician or resolution of the problem after 3 days without of internet, affecting 6 businesses in our office block with a total of 30 staff, causing an unacceptable disruption and immense damage to these businesses. It is entirely unacceptable that a fault is closed without of having solved the problem. We beg Telkom to urgently restore our lines!!!
