Very upset about being blacklisted

I was very upset when I discovered that I was handed over to attorneys and blacklisted for a contract that I never ever used. I was contacted about 3 years ago by a lady working at Cell C to take out a contact with them. The more I said no that I can not afford it, the more she kept on. She said that it was one of their new phones on the market and that you get the same one free. I still said no, but she kept on. I eventually gave in. The phones arrived and I was shocked to see that it was such "junk" that they send me. The phone did not have any of the features that she said it have. I never used the phones or the contract and the phones were (still in the box it arrived in) out of my house with many other things. I never received any accounts and was contacted by their attorneys and I tried to explain to them and now I have discovered I have been blacklisted for an amount over R8, 000.00.
