Anyone thinking to move to MTN..Dont! I will ensure I move my family/business accounts. I made numerous calls to the branch and call centre, sent emails & No one solves the problem or get back to you. Its been 2 months of battle, no one has apologized for any inconvenience..they dont give a. I upgraded my data contract 5g 4g=9g..for 3 months I have only been receiving 5 gig and billed for the rest. Went to the branch for help (desiree) but to no avail.. just never e-mailed or called me back with any final solution, went to store AGAIN & spoke to Elias who did the upgrade, he promises answers before Friday, no final answer received. So I call again the next day and when Elias hear it is me, he replies with "Ah, what can I tell you", the service I have received so far is appalling and unprofessional. So apparently from Dec my acc. Will be sorted, but how long will I have to fight for the 12 gig you owe me Mtn. Furthermore, I also asked for int. roaming and this also took 5 calls to sort..then I get overseas..no roaming... so we have a huge bill from Mtn as we had to use phone data for our business to contact us... mtn's favorite word- "we will escalate the problem". Not solve it
