Vodacom
I just want a blacklisting form!!!

After a traumatic experience being held up in our home and removed of our cell phones I just want the phones blacklisted but it seems you need to talk to 20 people before you can have just a simple form to be completed.

Is that soo difficult to just mail the form?
What the is going on with Vodacom that Customer Service has now become "dont phone us for help" service.

Arrrgggg I am soo upset, yeah let the robbers use our phones as long as they want, Vodacom doesnt care!!!
