My daughters phone was, I went to vodacom to blacklist the phone and asked what else needed to be done. I blacklisted the phone last week friday using another assistant. Helped. Today I went to sim swop, I asked the lady iof I can have an itmised bill for the number, she said I must hone vodacom, I am at vodacom?? I asked her again can ypou assist me, chewing gum she just shakes her head, takes private calls and makes me wait. My son asked how do yopu copnvert airtime to data, 3 people in the shop heard him, no-one bothered tpo answer. This is the vodacom shop at the boardwalk inkwazi mall in richards bay
