Are ALL operators incapable of following through?

You charged me twice for the once-off 5GB data purchased on 19/12/2013. The R399 was reversed at last on 24/01/2014. However, you then erroneously loaded another 5GB once off data.
Vodacom, please sort this out. I phoned you 3 times, send various emails & travelled 170 km to canal walk (Vodacom client centre) to try & sort this out.
Or is it possible that the 5 GB is a freeby, for all the time, effort & money that I've spent to try & sort this out!
There must be someone capable to handle this at Vodacom, yes?
