8ta Accounts are a DISGRACE

My husband an I have been with 8ta for 3 years now since his upgrade we have had NON stop problems they debit an ABSA acc every month with our account WE BANK WITH CAPITEC 8TA CAPITEC because this amount obviously bounces back we have EVERY month for the last 3 months been handed over to attorneys YET every month I pay the account via EFT and my account is never in arrears I have paid 8ta via EFT for the past 3 years. We have contacted the call centre on numerous occasions and my husband and I have never felt so helpless when you call they do not know why we are receiving the sms telling us we are outstanding when the system clarly shows our accounts uo to date they have no idea why we get sms from the attorneys giving us 72 hrs in which to pay (Pay what) the call centre just tells us they will log a queiry with the technical division. One hand has NO IDEA what the other is doing its a disaster and there is no one in the company prepared to fix it we have tried putting our correct banking details on but every month over and over again they debit from a ABSA acc that we do not have!!!
