Upgrade - supposed to be so easy

Went to local Vodacom shop and local Game and could not find a my phone of choice for my upgrade, Samsung S4 Active. I was very happy when Rewards company called me and said they want and could assist on Thursday 21 Feb '14. My consultant - Bianca was very friendly and helpfull and checked her system and assured me I am getting a S4 Active with Orange cover for they do have in stock. She verified that I will be receiving a Samsung S4 Active in ORANGE. On Monday a S4 Active in Grey was delivered and I did not want to accept it but the courier said I have to because I opened the package and Vodacom will call me and the wrong phone to be collected and another brought to me. So its Thursday and I call Vodacom 114, they cant help call 082 1945, no solution. Phone must first be collected and only then whole process must be started over and sorry, you cant get the orange one they are out of stock. What? So how are you going to sort this out? Sorry sir, we have to collect phone and cancel everything, this is the only solution... How is it a solution if I can't get the phone I was promised. Is this level of service acceptable? How could a simple upgrade be so aggravating and time consuming?
