I upgraded my contract and opted for the Samsung note 3 with the gear watch. Upgrade was done by Vodacom online with no problems. When the courier arrived on the 17th with my parcel I noticed that the gear watch wasn't included. So I started to phone around to inquire about the missing watch. That is when I was informed that there is no stock on the watch. I've been in communication with (inter active) for 3 week to try and get an eta on the watch and no reply from inter active in that regard only that the complaint is escalated (ref no S3-T6S2I-IBERM)

I fail to understand why I was not informed there is no stock when I did the upgrade, why on my invoice it is not stated that the gear watch is on back order. Why must I pay the full invoice this month if I am short an item? Why a paying customer for 18 years must battle to get an answer. Vodacom please I never had problems with your company however inter active are going to cost you a lot of bad publicity. With my next upgrade I will cancel the contract and migrate to another company. If this is not resolved a.s.a.p.
