I am really unhappy with the customer service you give to your clients. You suppose to support your customers but you don't. I have purchase a S4 Galaxy Samsung phone and took out insurance on the phone. Last night my phone fell out my hands and now my LCD screen is blacked out. This morning i went to store in Cape town to find out how they can assist me. After explaining to him the situation then this guy said to me do you have your insurance paper. I didn't even think of bringing it with me thinking this suppose to be on your system?
Asked him can't you print it since i signed it then he said that's why we give you the copy. I DID NOT KNOW THAT I SHOULD BRING IT WITH! Will my insurance of MTN cover this damaged?

I am seriously not happy! Now i am without a phone and the guy couldn't even assist me just because i didn't have my insurance form? Ridiculous I want someone to come back to me.
