Two Months later still back and forth with tablet

This is the third attempt at getting tablet fixed!
I took my tablet into mtn Menlyn on the 9th of January 2014 as it has stopped charging.
I was told that the device was ready to collect and I went to collect it on the 21 January 2014, no report was given as to what was wrong and what had been fixed but the consultant told me that its fine and fixed.
The device still has the same issue, I took it in to MTN at Northgate on the same day and it was sent in for repairs. One the 5th of February I recieved notification that my device is ready to collect, I have been in to MTN tested my tablet- it still does not work and there is a sticker saying "allocate COST reject" on the form and no other information as to what is wrong. My device is only a year old and should be repaired or replaced by MTN. I have not recieved any information as to what is actually wrong with my device as every time I go to collect they do not have a report with information for me- only a tablet that still doesn't work!
The device is in for a third attempt at repair and I sincerely hope that this time MTN does their job.
