Invoice queries of accounts not dealt with

Its been a couple of months invoices that i have queried..

Firstly i was on the vodacom smart std 229 and this package no longer existed.

This is from the 01/09/2014 statement and goes on until the January 2014 statement.
Its been 6 months and nothing has been done.

There was free minutes, data and sms's for this package and those free things were not deducted from my account.

It's easy that on a monthly basis the amount goes off my account but to credit the amount nothing has happened.

I would like this matter to be resolved immediately.
