I bought a dongle in their store and they gave me a slip with the number for future use to buy data. After buying twice for R149, 00 I could not connect to the internet. With investigation we found out that the number belongs to somebody else and the store in Cape Town supplied me with my correct number. Thus means that I bought time for somebody else and I reported this to the Parow branch. They refuse to accept that they gave me the wrong slip and also to refund me for my loss/or to accommodate me with half the costs.
