Pass the Buck?!?!?!

I upgraded my data bundle from a 350mb package to a 500mb package. When my bill came (2 months ago), i see my data bundle got deleted all together. This obviously made my bill enourmous! but its on debit order, so it was deducted off my bank account anyway.
It was queried, over 3 phone calls and finally i got the credit approved. Unfortunately this process took so long the credit was not shown on the next invoice, so you can imagine my disgust when i get the invoice the next month and it is not shown on there again. After which i call the head office only to spend 30min on the phone being passed on from person to person until i received a message explaining that i was calling outside of office hours and please to call again! all in all i have spent over 2 hours on the phone, which will all be for my account as the customer service line is NOT toll free... everytime i have to change something in my account Autopage make a hash of it and it takes me MONTHS to fix. Most frustrating company i have ever dealt with!
