No ownership of my complaint and query at Autopage

For the second month in a row, autopage have charged me for a Mygig 1GB package, which is loaded but not activated, as well as GPRS charges which are not due. In January I paid the full outstanding amount as I was not provided with a statement, and was all of a sudden threatened with the suspension of my account. I paid immediately to avoid suspension, however stated that I am not satisfied with the formulation of the invoice. Discovery later revealed that autopage is in the wrong, and I expected this to be corrected. Due to me is a credit for January in amount of R1 000.00 odd, and a second in amount of R600 odd. I have asked that my GPRS usage and whole account be reconciled and that I be provided with the correct data. My account is now in arrears because autopage lacks the simple ability to action the most simple of requests. I demand that my account be handed over to a single account handler, as it should be, being a business account, and that I receive answers to all my queries before the end of this week. This has been a battle in excess of 3 weeks to get the account corrected. Its not like i have provided them with over 40K worth of business...
