Termination of contract

I gave them one months notice as required to terminate contact on 19 Dec 2013 (didn't have to be a calendar month). My monthly amount went thru on credit card at the beginning of January for the month of January (notice period). Free minutes were suspended on 20 Jan 2014 and my cell phone cut off on 28 Jan 2014 on which date I bought air time. On 31 Jan 2014 I was debited with my monthly subscription for the month of Feb, this notwithstanding that I had been cut off on 28 Jan. The fact that my numerous free minutes were suspended on 20 Jan surely cannot be right as my account should only have terminated on 31 Jan and I should have continued to have access to these minutes until termination and then to be further debited for the month of Feb when I don't have access to the phone at all is unacceptable. Rental for the phones are debited monthly in advance and the billing of call in arrears.. Autopage have been very unpleasant to deal with over the years (approximately 20), hence my terminating my contract. They should also respond to e-mails (I was informed that someone would be in touch with me within 24 hours on 31 Jan) and teach their call centre staff a few basic manners.
