Blacklisted phone enquiry

I reported my phone & had it blacklisted only to find the phone so had to unblacklist the phone so I called to find out what's the procedure the first person I spoke to was very helpful & even offered to give me his personal email so I can forward my details to. so I gathered all the required docs but could get hold of the guy, then I called in on the 21/01/214 & spoke to a very nasty nompumelelo masondo and she gave me a fax number even though I asked for an email as it was Gona be more convenient bt she refused n gave me the fax & I called in several times to check on the status of my phone bt only got feedback a week later from a lovely Ayanda manzi who finally helped me n gave me her email & had my phone unblacklisted... as it is I wana change my service provide
