I was called by a call centre agent from Cell C telling me my phone bill for the month was about to reach a level they deem "dangerous" and if I needed to still use the phone I needed to pay the account that far and they will allow me to continue making calls. I asked them why should I pay the bill before the monthend adn I cannot understand why they should be worried as I had a contract with them for the past 6 to 8 years and I was never been a bad payer. Needeless to say that they closed my phone becuase my bill was "high" even though I did not owe them nothing, I complained to the managers and they opened my phone as they said that was very wrong but after a day my phone was closed and calling the Cell C call centre is one of the most unhelpful thing you can ever do as they seem to not know who does what. I had to stop my contract phone and by anoother phone as I could not call Cell C everyday to open my phone. I told them to close the contract as they had breached the contract but they refused and now I am being sent to ITC.
