On 23 Jan 2014, I contacted Altech Autopage at the Nicolway. I got through to a salesman, James, who I enquired from about the availability of a black HTC one mini which I was interested in acquiring on contract. He indicated that he was unaware of the availability and that he would enquire from the manage and then get back to me within 15 minutes.

30 Jan 2014, and I still have not had a response to my query despite my express request of the urgency of reply required.

The fact that the salesman is not aware of stock availability or when such stock would arrive was rather disappointing, but worse is the "couldn't really care" attitude I had on enquiry and the resultant non-response.
