On 5/04/2013 T Mbele from Cell C phone me, I did take out a contract while I was with him on the phone I told him numerous times that I only want to pay R349.00 per month and nothing extra, he ask me if I wanted to make calls or sent sms (that would cost me R20.00 extra per month) I said NO because I only want to make use of the 2GB per month that I get. ( I do have a witness with me who is willing to confirm that I said the contract must be closed and NOT OPEN. On 12 June 2013 I did get a statement for r771.50.I phoned them they told me that I was subscribed to Smart Call which is not true I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE TO SMART CALL, on the stment it did show 761 calls? I asked the lady why is my tablet a open contract she told me it is a open contract with a limit of R2000.00 to which I did also NOT agreed to. On 13 June 2013 I did sent Cell C an e-mail quering my account, and in the e-mail I did inform them to listen to the tape when I did take out the contract but no reply from them. The consultant only getting contracts but no work is correctly done. I want them to fix my bill. My instructions was closed contract why i it open??? CONTRACTX ARE DONE BUT NO HELP FROM THEM PLEASE help me
