DEBIT ORDERS AREN'T TAKEN OFF AND I GET BLAME??

Telkom has not been taking the debit orders from my account and I can prove that the funds have been available and that there is no problem with the bank account. However, my services have been disconnected due to non-payment more than a few months in a row which I then have to go sort out and wait for re-connection. I signed a debit order so that this would not happen. I do not mind going in to pay the account monthly but I need to be told if I have to do that because in my mind I signed a debit order so I do not.

Also, I was on the line for over 40 minutes yesterday to sort our my internet that keeps dropping and is disrupting work etc. My call was never answered. I need the issue to be resolved whether it be by a port reset or a technician looking into it. A disrupted line affects my work and studies and costs me income - that is why I got the line put in in the 1st place. I know getting issues resolved takes a lot of time but now I have to wait twice as long because I cannot reach the support line!?
