ACCOUNT STILL OPEN AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO CLOS

A MTN account was open on my name without my consent. MTN has been helpful in getting this matter resolved BUT they refuse to CLOSE the account my credit profile which reflects negatively on me.

I have tried numerous times to speak to the MTN legal dept. without any success even after MTN confirmed the illegality.

I want this account CLOSED and removed from my name by the 15th Feb 2013.
