12 months later, NO profile update

Good Day

It is with great dissatisfaction that I am writing this compaint. From the previous complaints I understand that I am not he only client. I had a Game account. Ive paid the account up almost a year ago. Ive recieved paid up letter after paid up letter and still this account reflects on my credit profile at all 4 Bureaus. This is affecting my affordability negatively at every finacial institution/creditor. I would like my account updated SOONEST at ALL 4 BUREAUS, this being Experian, ITC, Compuscan and XDS. If not i will be taking the matter further. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Not only to i want the account updated to account closed but the balance needs to reflect zero as well as the open balance. I dont see how this is rocket science.
