ACCOUNT STILL OPEN AFTER BEING PAID UP FOR 2 YRS

Referring to my email correspondence with Daniella Hendricks. RCS cannot find my account profile on their system, but one account is closed and the other still open on my credit profile after being paid up and closed for two years.
I request that RCS get this matter resolved urgently and revert back to me by the 15th Feb 2013.
