This man deserves a medal

My 8ta connection has become totally useless due to bad signal levels over time. After 3 months of empty promises and numerous e-mails, some more meaningless broken promises and frustrations beyond belief my HERO took ownership and partially resolved my problems. This gent promised to call me at a specific time, which he did. He spent extended time in assisting telephonically in a knowledgeable sympathetic and understanding manner that is exemplary. He managed to turn my disgust into hope with the promise that further action will follow, and I believe it will. Should any person be fortunate enough to be helped by Dancley Estrice, rest assured that you are in the best possible hands. My sincere thanks to him and I strongly suggest that Telkom management take note of this individuals attitude, as they need more people like this. This gentleman has earned my respect and deserves acknowledgement.
