Any person who's been working with blackberries for some time should know that they can only be traced with the sim card inside and the BIS must be active plus the phone is insured. Instead he informs her that her upgrade is coming soon and that she should try to look for her phone. I feel that you should train your people proper. When she called in tonight, the person she spoke to told her that he doesn't have a clue and the consultant should not tell about her numbers being back on the new sim card.
