No show on delivery of tablet for upgrade

I have upgraded/renewed my current mobile data package telephonically with Vodacom on 22/01/2014. I was promised delivery of my tablet by Monday, 27 Jan 2014. No delivery and no phone call on agreed date.
The next day (Tuesday) RAM Courier Services showed up without prior notification as pointed out to me during telephonic order. As I was out of office, my office's secretary informed them that I will be back in office within half an hour. RAM promised her they would return later the day, but never showed.
I followed up dialling 0821959 and was assured my tablet would be delivered on Wednesday.
AGAIN NO SHOW!!
After follow up to 0821959 I was again assured delivery would be the next day. Insisting to speak to a superior, I was promised I will received a call back. I only received a dropped call from 08227598 without a follow up call. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!
4 Days after the agreed date is not good enough, as I have planned several aspects related to delivery of the tablet on Monday as per prior arrangement and initial promise by Vodacom.
No apology even received during my follow up calls.
How many more empty promises must I listen to?
