Misled on an upgrade

Last week i wrote a complain about the consultant that assisted us with in upgrade within disclosing all there features of the Nokia lumia 610 what is able to do and what is not able to do, and bare in mind this is a 24 months contract with a cell phone that you cannot change, cannot use to cell phone banking let alone dial *111# if you need to redeem your talking points you need to go into the nearest vodam, a phone that uses more airtmie, it is better if use load data bundles, we went back to that store several times instead we were told to go to technicians in lake side mall where we were told it how the phone is build and we did not ask about these things so that is why we were not told, the lady there said basically we a stuffed we bought a phone, i either cell it to someelse and but a proper cell phone. what is this, what of service is this and until today not has ever contact me about this i am so mad and off about this, how can people mislead you to make a sale or what ever that consultant did and your stupid call centre that i called to findout why the phone does not dial *111# they told me to switch off the phone and take out the sim card it will be f
