I have now since 13 December 2013 numerous times reported my faulty line. It has been completely off for more than 3 weeks, after which it has been failing consistently and regularly and giving less than 1MB speeds where I am paying for a 4MB line. The line is now completely off again!! And I cannot get hold of anyone to log a fault!!
I have been retrenched and are running my own online business, which is impossible due to the poor service delivery and Telkom being in breach of contract where I'm paying for a service that I am not receiving!!!
I am pretty sure that I am able to sue Telkom at this stage for breach of contract and loss of income, but would like to give them a last chance before taking drastic measures!!
Will I get better service when moving my line rental and ISP to Afrihost or WebAfrica?? Telkom clearly does not need the money or customers!!
Maybe it is time I start harrassing the Telkom employees working at the distribution points in our area cause Telkom's customer service centre and complaints centre is non-existent.
