My husbands phone was and wars reported so on 26/1/14. I asked for simswap and was advised to call back on 27/1/14. I did and was assured request was submitted and would be active in 24 H. it was not done. I phoned 28/ 1 and was told it was not submitted. I was advice they would call the next day to confirm. @ 17:00 It had not yet been done and I called again where i was put on hold and then the call was ended. I called back and was told the simswap department would be in touch be4 18h. I phoned @ 18:15 and asked for the supervisor and was told he is busy and will call back, I waited 2 hours for a call and all he did was send an email to the simswap department. This is pathetic. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior. how does Cell C suspect one should pay for r=services not even render. if the matter is not resolved at 12H00 30/1/14 I will be force to write a formal complaint to head office. the detail ls below is my husbands. please contact him on alternative number to sort this out. Cell C needs to look their service! you are going down the drain!
