Monday 4:30pm - Branch says need a software upgrade, speak to Siya
4:40 - Enter Himmingways store, ask to speak to Siya.
Siya takes a look at me and runs to the back toom laughing.
Told to sit and wait.
5:15 - I ask how long Siya still be.
Response - he is doing an upgrade and they take more than an hour-info I should have had to start with surely.
5:20pm - Informed that Siya cannot do the upgrade today.
I book to see Siya for upgrade on Wednesday @3pm-fill out a form, giving name, gontact number and job request.
Wednesday 3pm - I arrive to keep my appointment. Siya not in store.
Told "wait, he's coming", he will see you at 3:30. MY APPOINTMENT TIME WAS 3pm.
3:10pm - Siya enters the store and goes to the back room.
3:30pm - An assistant asks what I need Siya to do and preceeds to tell me that a software upgrade will not fix my problem. WHY DID WE NOT HAVE THIS CONVERSATION MONDAY 4:40pm? WHY DID ANOTHER BRANCH TELL ME UPGRADE WOULD FIX PROBLEM?
3:40-Finally speak to Siya who is not busy on another phone-mine can be collected 5:30pm
4:00-Still in store waiting for assistant to add BIS to contract.
NOT ACCEPTABLE SERVICE.
