Can't log in with my appleID

Hi

i tried several times to log into my account, i remember very well my password and answers to my security questions but my account never unlocks. i send emails to support to help me but they're telling me to call the states or neighbouring countries for support to assist me. This is extremely expensive for a simple thing like this. I went to apple store to get help but none could help me sign into my account. i tried all the alternatives online to a point where the sessions always says they're expired. This is hampewring my use of the Iphone. Someone please help me resolve this, i'm running out of options with no one to helpme. I go this email from support in USA Authorization; Follow-up: 293024748 TrackID : 131004015146

Geraldine, as much as I would like to personally sort this issue about resetting your password but I'm unable to as I have no personal access with the tool to reset your password. I strongly recommend for you to contact Account Security team as they have the appropriate tool to assist you further in resetting your password.
