Neotel automatically changed the email passwords without any notice to me their client. After endless tries to login i called the call centre on Sunday and was informed passwords were changed and was given a default password. Was not advised the password will expire> Yesterday i could not log onto my emails. After speaking to so many agents i was informed password was supposed to be changed. My password could not be reset as neotel was upgrading the systems. I called again today and spoke to Gift who could not understand my query of reseting a password. I am still holding on the line for the last 30 mins. Patrick put me on hold and never came back to the line and Gift did the same. As a business i use my emails daily. I am so off with this pathetic service. Can someone please help me reset the password and Neotel r u prepared to pay me for all my business that i cant attend me due to ur incompetent staff..Still on the line and still no answer..This is pathetic..bein on the line now for almost 1hr and 15mins. Still waiting for the team leader Tshololelo to call me as Mavhunga Ref fcr52451010 advised he will call me in 10 mins withthe new password. 20 mins pass & still waiting
