I have been trying to get hold of a consultant or manager for the last ten days to sort out 2 new emails required on my existing account 160698. I have sent in excess of 30 emails. I have only received 2 calls back telling me that they will get back to me, but they never do. This is not a new account, it is an existing one so I don't see the difficulty or complication. The call centre is a joke when you call through as no one can or is willing to assist. I have over 10 service requests logged via email but nothing further.
