MWeb doesn't want to retain existing customers

I have iBurst through Mweb. I've been trying to upgrade my account since 19th Aug. Because, of course, when you are entitled to a higher data cap for the same price, they don't let you know! I sent Mweb an email - this was ignored. I phoned the Call Center on Wed, spoke to Kyle. He was going to email his manager & the relevant Department for them to give me a call this morning. (He couldn't give me a Ref No.) Guess what, still no call!
I have had many fights with Mweb over the last few years due to their poor attitude, but I can only concluded that they don't care about good customer service!
