I have been receiving accounts from Mtn which have fallen behind. I have sent them emails trying to arrange payment plans, I have called their help desk and held on the line for about an hour. I have started making payments in the mean time but Im still waiting to arrange with them. They want to keep in contact with you and you try and do the right thing by keeping them up to date but you don't receive any help from them
