Order deleted and now I have to start again

After two previous failed attempts to move my line, I canceled it and placed a new order, and the technicians came to install without contacting me to ensure I would be there. I was not there, as I was not yet expecting them, and asked that they please contact me on my cell number before coming out so that I can arrange to be there. They didn't call for several days. when I called back to check progress, I was told they tried to contact me on an 072 number, but I DO NOT HAVE an 072 number. I corrected the number with them gave them my cell number, and again for several days I heard nothing. So I called the call center again, and they again said they were trying to contact me on the 072 number. I was very angry, and the agent, again corrected the number and assured me that I would be contacted to arrange an installation time. I was never contacted. Now today when I called back, I find that my order does not exist on your system anymore. I have been waiting for weeks. This service is totally unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed and angry. I have been waiting weeks, the process has been a nightmare. All the agents were professional, courteous and helpful. But still no line :(
