Cell C
Unrightfull barring

We as a family have 5 contracts with Cell C, and the debit order for 2 of them did not go through. The payment date for the 2, was the 25th and now on the 31ste all contracts are blocked. Firstly, it's not even 7 days after the payment date, and secondly, I did try to arrang payment for the 8th. The lady that assisted me simply said that untill these 2 contracts are paid, all contracts will be suspended.

Like I said, it's not even 7 days after the payment date, and I did offer to arrange for a payment on the 8th.

I gave Cell C untill 13:15 to get back to me with a resolution, and I'm still waiting.

If I don't get joy, and the matter resolved, I will contact the CPC, NCR, and I will instutute ligal action for cost from my side, and the inconviniance cause, and I will take this to every news paper in the cuntry.
