Phone not replaced as demanded PRE 150870

In short, the Samsung S4 I took out on contract during May 2013 suddenly had a swollen battery in December 2013 . The swollen battery caused the back cover to bend and the screen in the front to be pushed out.

It is my solemn belief that this definitely damaged the hardware, as the phone then stopped charging, went on and off during the day and during calls and sometimes, just didn't switch on.

After taking it to Telkom Mobile in Westgate Shopping Centre on Tuesday 31 December (reference PRE 150870) they only sent it through to the repair centre on Tuesday 7 January (SECOND REFERENCE NUMBER TEL 024659). Explaining to the consultant that the phone's hardware is broken, it was sent in for a BATTERY REPLACEMENT! They also sent back a "new", SCRATCHED back cover for the phone that was returned to Westgate on Thursday 16 January.

* According to dispatch note, only battery and back cover replaced (with scratched cover)

* Phoned both Samsung, the cellphone repair company and Telkom Mobile = NO SOLUTION

* DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO ANOTHER CONSULTANT OR CALL CENTRE PERSON

* DEMAND PHONE BE REPLACED, IMMEDIATELY, OR MY CONTRACT, THAT I AM CURRENTLY LOSING MONEY ON, WILL BE CANCELLED.
